Apple pie

make the pastry  ingredients are below add all ingredients together and enough egg to bind it line your tin  put 2 large cooking apples skinned and cubed into a pot with a pinch of cinnamon a pinch of sugar and a tsp of water.  simmer for 10 minutes add to your greased lined tin then roll out enough pastry to cover top glaze edges with milk and  put a hole inthe top  lightly sprinkle with sugar then crimp edges if you wish. excellent results 180c  for approx 20 mins or until golden brown.  made this at college today so simple yet so deliciousImageImage
